Due to overwhelming support from the industry, the show
management of interzum guangzhou / CIFM 2010 has decided to
expand its scale from eight to ten halls spanning 100,000
sqm of exhibition space just two months before the show
opens itsdoors this year - a 25% increase in area compared
to the last edition.
The addition of the two new halls at the China Import and
Export Fair Complex, aims to strengthen interzum guangzhou /
CIFM’s position as the definitive one-stop purchasing
platform in Asia.
There will be three newly added feature zones in the
international hall (Hall
11.2):
the
Materials and Components for Upholstery & Bedding zone
with displays including surface materials, textile
materials, filling materials and components, PVC, mattresses
and linens, electric equipment and various other bedding
manufacturing machinery
and accessory; the
Materials and Components for Interior Works zone
with displays including wood and wood products, parquets,
laminates, veneers, corks, floor coverings, surface
treatments and adhesives; and the
Furniture Hardware and Components zone
featuring a full spectrum of hardware and components for
furniture production.The strong presence of international
pavilions will remain a highlight in 2010. interzum
guangzhou / CIFM 2010 will continue to welcome the loyal
German, Italian,
USA and Taiwan Pavilions,
and the
Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC)
Pavilion
from the USA.
A series of specially tailored seminars will be conducted on
unprecedented scale alongside this year’s event with the
great support from the China National Furniture Association,
the Guangdong Furniture Association, the China Foreign Trade
Centre Guangzhou Exhibition Corp., and the industrial media
on 27 and 28 March.
The seminar will be divided into 3 forums:
Furniture Production Innovation and Technology;
Furniture Production Market and Interior Design;
and
Furniture Production Innovation and Sustainable Development,
to provide a platform for industrial organizations and
associations to discuss how to materialize environmental
protection, energy conservation and emission reduction in
the furniture and interior design industries.
Senior personnel from leading enterprises and renowned
designers are invited to bring the world’s leading
technologies and design ideas to China; experts and scholars
from home and abroad will also analyze various issues in the
advancement of the furniture industry. Besides accessing the
latest market information and development trend of the
industry, participants will also have the opportunity to
interact face to face with industrial authorities, senior
enterprise representatives and professional designers.
interzum guangzhou / CIFM 2010 will be held from 27 to 30
March 2010 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, once
again in conjunction with the China International Furniture
Fair (CIFF).
